Four Course Seated Dinner
I prepare a four course meal, appetizer, salad, entrée, and dessert.
I prepare everything in your kitchen, serve all four courses, and clean up.
The basic fee for a dinner for 8 is $425 plus $30-35 per person grocery costs. If a server or bartender is needed, there is an additional fee for staff.
Romantic Dinner for Two
Exactly the same concept as above, four courses plated and served, all prepared in your kitchen.
The basic fee for a Romantic Dinner for Two is $200 plus grocery costs. The total is not usually more than $275.
Small Plates Service
This is also multi-course, plated and served, but intended for ambulatory guests. All prepared in your kitchen.
The basic fee for my Small Plates Service is $425 plus about $25-30 per person grocery costs. If a server or bartender is needed, there is an additional fee for staff.
